Delivery Timeframes

Once you place your order, we get to work preparing it for dispatch. Here's what to expect:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Most are handled within 24 hours during weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may be processed the following working day.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–12 working days, as items are shipped directly from our suppliers. While we aim for timely delivery, please allow for postal delays during peak periods or public holidays.

Standard UK Shipping: £3.99

Free Delivery: Available on all orders £50 and over

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.


How to Place an Order

Ordering with Hälsa Trä is quick and easy:

Select your item(s): Visit the product page and click “Add to Cart.”

Checkout: Review your items, then click “Checkout.”

Enter your details: Fill in your delivery information accurately to avoid any delays.

Shipping Confirmation: If your order is over £50, free shipping is automatically applied. Orders under £50 will include a £3.99 delivery fee.

Secure Payment: Choose from a variety of secure payment methods:

Place your order: After completing payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
