Hälsa Trä Returns & Cancellations Policy

We want you to love your Hälsa Trä kitchenware. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read this Returns & Cancellations Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Hälsa Trä, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to individual consumers purchasing via our online store. It does not apply to wholesale, bulk, or business-to-business orders.


2. Returns Overview

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

If your item meets the return criteria (outlined below), we will process your return within 7 working days of receiving the returned item and notify you once approved.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.


3. What Can Be Returned

You may return your item(s) if:

  • The item is in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact
  • It shows no signs of misuse or damage
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., utensils that come into contact with food) are unused and unopened
  • A return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • You received a faulty or damaged item (photo evidence required)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or appear used or damaged due to misuse.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or report an issue, please contact us via our Contact Us page. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo evidence if the product is damaged or faulty

Please wait for our return instructions before sending any item back. Do not return your item to the sender’s address printed on the parcel. Approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. In such cases, we will advise you on the next steps and may provide a pre-paid return label or refund shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.


6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us via the Contact Us page within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

We will refund the full purchase amount including the standard delivery fee (if applicable). Enhanced or express shipping options are non-refundable.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return

Please note:

  • Original delivery fees are only refunded if your return falls under the 14-day cancellation rights or if the item was faulty
  • Refunds may be reduced if items are returned incomplete or in a diminished condition

8. Important Notes

  • Always retain proof of postage and tracking for your return
  • Use a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost or untracked returns
  • Items returned outside this policy may be refused or only partially refunded
