Hälsa Trä Returns & Cancellations Policy

We want you to love your Hälsa Trä kitchenware. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Hälsa Trä, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Returns Overview

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, we do not offer free returns—return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item meets the return criteria (see below), we’ll process it within 7 working days of receiving your return and notify you once it’s approved.


What Can Be Returned?

You may return your item(s) if:

- The product is in its original condition, with all parts, packaging, and accessories included.

- It shows no signs of misuse or damage caused by improper handling.

- If hygiene-related (e.g., utensils that come into contact with food), the item has been cleaned thoroughly prior to return.

- You received a damaged or defective item (photo evidence required).

- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any return that appears used, damaged through misuse, or returned without prior contact.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us above with the following details:

- Your Order Number

- Full Name and Shipping Address

- Reason for the return

- Photos of the product (if faulty or damaged)

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Do not return your item to the sender’s address on the package—we’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will advise on the next steps.


Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please email us at info@halsatra.co.uk with your cancellation request.

Please note:

- Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once shipped.

- If your order is already in transit, you must wait for delivery, then initiate a return.

- Cancellation becomes valid only once the goods are returned and received at our warehouse.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- We will not refund original shipping fees (£3.99) unless the item was faulty or an error occurred on our part.

- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.


Important Notes

- Always retain proof of postage and tracking when sending returns.

- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Returns that do not comply with the above policy may be refused or only partially refunded.
